High Level Cleaning

Safe, precise, clean from height

The highest
standards, literally

Overhead infrastructure quietly accumulates dust, debris and combustible residues. Over time, high-level surfaces become fire risks and compliance hazards. We deploy specialist access equipment and high-powered vacuum units to remove hazards safely — keeping your operational environment spotless and fully compliant.

High level industrial cleaning is the planned, safe removal of overhead build-up to maintain safety and operational efficiency without disrupting the floor below.

Structures we clean

  • Structural steelwork, girders and trusses
  • Overhead pipework, ducting and cable trays
  • Factory roofs, lighting and cladding
  • Silo exteriors and high-capacity storage
  • Plant framework and cranage
  • Manufacturing and warehouse ceilings

A typical job

  • Isolating the area and establishing exclusion zones
  • Deploying MEWPs, scaffolding, or rope access teams
  • ATEX vacuuming to capture debris safely
  • Final surface wash-down and handover documentation

Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs)

Best for expansive, unobstructed environments. Uses boom, scissor, or spider lifts for stable, efficient overhead reach. Reduces downtime by providing our operatives with rapid, secure access to extensive high-level spans.

Specialist Rope Access (IRATA)

Used when the physical footprint is limited, structures are complex or ground-bearing capacity prevents MEWP deployment. Carried out by highly trained IRATA technicians with full rescue plans, minimising disruption to active sites.

  • Are ATEX-rated vacuums or intrinsically safe tools required?
  • Is there clear ground access for mobile plant?
  • Operating environment constraints (e.g. active production lines)
  • Required timeframe or scheduled shutdown alignment
